Overview
Domestic Policy-
•What is the 7 Days hassle free Return Guarantee? Will I get charged for Returns? How do I get a defective item replaced?
Every piece sold at artcliq.com is covered under our 7 Days return guarantee.
-All you need to do is click a photo of the received item and select from the given reasons or write your own for why you would like to return the product. It could be defects or any other problem within 7 days of receiving the product.
-Our logistics team on receiving the request, will generate a return order and send an email to you for checking your convenient pickup time.
-Our logistics partner will collect the product returned in its original condition with original packaging etc.
-ON receiving the product the logistics team will quality check the product and initiate a refund after deducting a flat fee of Rs100 which is returned back to you in your artcliq wallet within 2-3 days with an expiry period of 90 days.
-This Rs100 can be used to buy the same or any other product from artcliq.com.
Defective items have to be informed within 48hrs of receving-
-Please take a video while opening the package to get a faster resolution for defective product replacement or refund.
-Please share this video on our whatsapp no + 91xxxxxxx or email along with the order id for processing.
-Notify us about problems, issues, damages or defects within 48 hours from the date of delivery, and we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you, provided the procedure below is followed.

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 7 days replacement guarantee:
•Any products that has been washed.
•Any item not in its original condition.
•Any item that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.z
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping returns
•Cancellation after product has shipped:
•If your item has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact customer service and inform them of the same.
•If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement if it is defective.
•If you have received your product and want to return the same for any reason within 7 days of delivery, rest assured and see ‘7 days return guarantee’ for further details.
How do I return a purchased item? What is the procedure to return a product to artcliq.com?
In order to initiate a return, please whatsapp our customer service at +91-9xxxxxxxxxx or email us at help@artcliq.com. Our customer service representative will help you with the process. You will also receive a return confirmation from our logistics team along with pickup logistics details.
•Complete the shipment return form that comes with your order.
•Please include the original contents, certificates and any additional material (part of premium packaging) sent with the shipment and ensure that the packet is properly sealed.
•Please handover the return shipment back to our logistic partner on the date finalized.
•A refund would be initiated subject to your returns being inspected by our Quality Check team upon receiving the product.
How will I be refunded for the return?
•In case of defective or broken when received products kindly raise a request within 48 hrs of receiving the order for initiating a refund or replacement. In case of return within 7 days for any other reason, our 7 days hassle free return process would apply.
•Our QC team will inspect the return shipment upon receiving it at our Warehouse. Upon successful processing of return, you will be refunded the amount as defined in the above mentioned policy.
•If you have paid online via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account. Otherwise, the refunded amount will be credited back to your artcliq wallet in the form of Gift Voucher/wallet money or equivalent amount will be credited to your bank account through NEFT.
International Shipping
International Policy-
Returns & Replacements
•No cancellations shall be permissible after the product is dispatched for an international location.
– Customer will be notified about the shipping status via his/her email.
– General product dispatch timelines can be referred to from our Shipping policy page. .
•Refusal to accept the product at the time of delivery will not be entertained and no refunds shall be made in such cases.
•The product is eligible for return in one of the following cases provided the complaint/return request is registered within 24/48 hours of delivery and:
-Product is defective/damaged.
-Product is not same as ordered/described – different color, size, style, wrong product.
•Warranty applicable if specified.
•Return request will be reviewed by artcliq.com.
•If required, request will be shared with the artisan/seller for his/her approval.

•The courier charges will be reimbursed by artcliq.com.
•After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and accordingly, Replacement or Refund is initiated. Please note that Replacement would depend upon the stock availability with the respective artisan/seller.
